In the early 2000's my friend Michael McDonald was putting songs together for a Christmas album. He wanted to write some original compositions and asked me if I'd like to collaborate on something. I had been working on a song at home on piano and had the music written for the verses and choruses. He liked it and together with Marc Harris we wrote the song. The album would be called
In the Spirit. Michael did a lovely version of it and I was asked to played guitar on it.
